Expand description

Relaxed atomic diagnostics, sampled on a control thread. Fields may come from adjacent callbacks; this is not a coherent meter or latency measurement. Frames count completed DSP sub-blocks; callbacks include permanently disabled callbacks after a panic. Counters wrap on overflow.
