Struct ProcessConfig

pub struct ProcessConfig { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Validated capacities; preparation may allocate up to these limits.

Implementations§

§

impl ProcessConfig

pub fn new( sample_rate: f64, maximum_frames: usize, maximum_events: usize, layout: AudioLayout, ) -> Result<Self, PrepareError>

pub fn sample_rate(self) -> f64

pub fn maximum_frames(self) -> usize

pub fn maximum_events(self) -> usize

pub fn layout(self) -> AudioLayout

pub fn with_auxiliary_buses( self, buses: &[AudioLayout], ) -> Result<Self, PrepareError>

Configure ordered auxiliary buses during preparation, without allocation. Each block must supply matching buses in this order. Processor implementations explicitly accept or reject these layouts; this does not enable host ports.

pub fn auxiliary_buses(&self) -> &[AudioLayout]

pub fn with_output_events(self, capacity: usize) -> Self

Bound emitted events independently of input capacity. The caller supplies exactly this much storage before processing; a full writer rejects additional events.

pub fn maximum_output_events(self) -> usize

pub fn validate_block<S: Sample>( &self, block: &ProcessBlock<'_, '_, '_, S>, ) -> Result<(), ProcessError>

Validate the entire block before applying events or changing samples. Event capacity is checked before traversing the event slice.
