Variants§

Retired

Replaced; its fade (or cut) completed.

§

Refused

Refused mid-fade under MidFadePolicy::Refuse, or refused at its start boundary by AlignmentPolicy::DelayLower (reported as TransitionEvent::AlignmentRefused); never processed audio.

§

Superseded

Replaced while waiting under MidFadePolicy::LatestWins; never processed audio.
