Caller-owned local font fallback for one explicit script/directional run.
This allocating UI/worker facility probes whole Unicode 17 extended graphemes, retains original surrounding shaping context and selects only supplied fonts. No system lookup, registration, mixed bidi, paragraph layout or audio work.
