Expand description

Fixed 1..64 channel independently evolving ladder histories with shared immutable coefficient copies and maximum block 1..65536. All shape/prefix/frame validation completes before output/history. Empty calls do not advance; suffixes remain untouched. Per-channel scalar access returns all modes once.
