Explicit CLAP discovery and trusted loading

Selected standard note expressions

Enable with_note_expression_input(true) or with_note_expression_output(true) after selecting the corresponding CLAP note port. These choices are independent of identified On/Off selection. Standard volume/pan/tuning/vibrato/expression/ brightness/pressure preserve full f64 values and optional channel/key/note ID matching scope; the selected port is exact, rather than a wildcard across ports. Portable IDs are u32 and native IDs are limited to nonnegative i32. Disabled or invalid input rejects the complete input before native mutation. Missing ports and MIDI/MPE/UMP dialect selection reject before activation.

Disabled native output, unknown expression types and other/wildcard ports filter. For selected standard types, raw channel/key/ID values below -1 and invalid finite ranges reject rather than becoming wildcards or clipped values. Selected capacity/timing/scalar failures retain native history but silence/discard complete portable output. Performance in an empty parameter flush remains unsupported. The pinned Clack 0.2.0 type accessor omits Expression, so conversion explicitly matches all seven public wire discriminators.

Portable, queue and native unit tests cover ranges, all seven types, wildcard scope, exact f64 values and malformed fields. Linked f32/f64 fixtures cover 1000 blocks per profile, exact echo/audio timing, disabled filtering, whole-prefix rejection, output capacity/nonrollback behavior and no measured heap actions. This is offline ABI evidence; voice application and third-party/DAW/deadline validation remain separate. See decision 0134.
